Cancellation Policy
Customers may cancel their order within 15 days of receiving it. To cancel, log into your account and access the “Your Orders” section. Once we receive the returned product, the refund will be initiated within 3–7 business days.
Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. The item must be:
- In unused, resalable condition
- Returned with all original packaging, certificates, and any free gifts
- Shipped securely
Customised Products: These are not eligible for return or exchange, but are covered under our Lifetime Exchange Guarantee.
Refunds
Once the returned item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 3–7 working days directly to your bank account.
Note: Cash on Delivery (COD) charges apply as per the applicable rate of our delivery partner.
