1895 — A Humble Spark
It began with Late Shri Sheolal Ji, a master craftsman whose passion for jewellery-making was as pure as the gold he worked with. Guided by skill and integrity, he laid the foundation of a tradition that would one day become Dalbir Sons Jewellers.
His son, Late Shri Dhamman Lal Ji, nurtured this legacy with the same devotion and vision. With quiet perseverance, he took the family’s craftsmanship beyond Mundka, introducing new customers to the art of fine jewellery.
1955 — Values Passed Down
Recognising his son’s potential early on, Late Shri Dhamman Lal Ji began mentoring Shri Dalbir Singh Ji in the family craft. Dalbir Ji absorbed not just the skills of the trade, but the values that came with it — honesty, excellence, and respect. With youthful energy and an eye for opportunity, he expanded the business and laid the groundwork for a new era.
1985 — A Legacy Transforms
The fourth generation, led by Shri Jawahar Singh Verma, brought with it a blend of modern thinking and inherited wisdom. With a strong educational background and deep-rooted values, he transformed the family business into a more structured enterprise. It was under his leadership that the identity of Dalbir Sons Jewellers (DSJ) was officially born — a brand built on trust, transparency, and timeless design.
1999 — A Brand Takes Flight
With the blessings of their ancestors and the strength of brotherhood, Shri Narendra Verma joined his elder brother, bringing fresh energy and a focus on innovation. Together, they opened the first retail showroom of DSJ in Nangloi, New Delhi.
Narendra Ji modernised operations — introducing digital billing, stock management systems, and a new level of operational efficiency. The store quickly became the go-to destination for discerning customers across the region, known for its wide collection and exceptional service.
2025 — A New Era of Excellence
The fifth generation — Harshvardhan Verma and Dhanvardhan Verma — now lead DSJ into its next chapter with a clear vision for the future. Both are Graduate Gemologists, professionally trained in identifying and valuing natural diamonds, and formally educated in jewellery design. With a strong grasp of modern technology and digital tools, they bring a fresh, future-ready perspective to the legacy brand.
Honouring the past while embracing progress, the family has overseen the transformation of the ancestral store in Mundka — the very place where our journey began — into a flagship showroom on Main Rohtak Road. This expanded space marks a significant milestone for DSJ: a beautifully designed retail destination with ample parking, a wider selection of curated collections, and an ambience that reflects both heritage and modern sophistication.
