Dalbir Sons Jewellers – Sales Return Policy
We offer a No-Questions-Asked Sales Return Policy within the defined return period. Customers can return a product for a credit note redeemable on any jewellery of equal or higher value, subject to availability.
- Jewellery (Gold, Diamond, Silver): Within 15 days of purchase.
- Gold/Silver Coins & Bars: Within 2 days of purchase.
Items must be:
- In original condition, unused and untampered.
- Accompanied by the original Tax Invoice and Diamond Report Certificate (in case of Diamond Jewellery). Returns are not accepted for damaged, altered, repaired, or chemically affected items.
Yes. The representative must carry:
- A signed authorization letter from the original purchaser.
- A valid photo ID proof and copy of the purchaser’s ID.
- Original Tax Invoice
We issue a Credit Note equal to the Net Bill Value (including taxes and making charges, excluding discounts).
Note: Cash, bank, or cheque refunds are also offered.

- Jewellery without original documents.
- Items damaged due to mishandling or negligence.
Report any defects within 15 days.
We will inspect and decide whether to repair, replace, or issue a credit note.
Products damaged due to customer mishandling may be ineligible for return.
We will repair or remake the item. The timeline will be shared during the process based on the design’s complexity.
