Terms & Conditions of the plan
- Under any circumstances, there will be No cash refund once you invest in the Shubh Nivesh plan.
- After completing successfully the payment for 11 months, the customer is entitled to added benefits on the purchase of jewellery.
- Monthly installment payments can be made in cash, Bank transfer, or cheque.
- All installments must be paid within 7 days from the due date.
- The price of jewellery shall be charged on the actual rate at the time of delivery or completion of the scheme and not on the date of subscription of the scheme.
- Gold Bar, Gold Coins, and Silver Coins are excluded from this investment scheme. No discount is available on making a charge under this scheme.
- Customers can choose to discontinue the scheme anytime. The customers can buy jewellery of the paid installments amount at the existing market price of gold. Please note that no added benefits would be provided.
- Dalbir Sons Jewellers Pvt Ltd. reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or alter the investment scheme without any prior notice.
- GST and other Govt. taxes are mandatory.
- All disputes in respect of the scheme are subjected to Delhi Jurisdiction.
